All Notary services are by appointment only, there is no
walk in service available .

The town of Derry and surrounding towns. I will travel to any
location in NH.
Any and all travel has a minimum of $30.00
Anything over 10 miles subject to additional $25.00 (+) fee depending on the
distance and travel time involved for instance if you are an hour away and
you need a document notarized there would be 2 hours of travel time 1 hour
each way <click here> for more information.. All travel time is subject to
a $30.00 per hour.
When traveling to your location you must provide the witness required.
There are no witness fees if I travel to your location.
Positive current identification is required for all persons signing any documents
to be notarized
Payment for services will be made before Notary stamp are put on
documents.
All documents and witness will be present and ready at time of appointment ,
If the Notary Public has to wait for witness to arrive there will be
charge of 30.00 for the first 1/2 hour, and 20.00 for each additional 1/2
hour theses charges apply documents notarized in my office or traveling .
- Notarizing Documents in (My office) One person, $5.00 (Each Stamp )
- Notarizing Documents in (My office) with 2 witnesses,
$10.00 (Each Stamp) an additional charge of $5.00 will be charged
for each witnes.
- Notarizing Mortgage documents $10.00 (Each Signature) usually 2 to
3 documents requiring a stamp by the bank. IE: 2 people signing Mortgage
papers with 2 stamps would be $40.00 .
- If you have several documents to be notarized fee is negotiable.

Wittiness can be provided with advance notice fee for each witness is
$20.00 per sitting.

Second Notary-Public is available with advance notice as well. All fees
for the second Notary are the same as stated above.
