My hours are mostly 3PM to 7PM on week days and all day Saturday and
Sunday, I am also a Justice of the Peace , I perform weddings and Civil
Unions , so I may not be available all the time .
I also will come to you , If you need something notarized and can't
get out, I will travel to you , I will work with your attorneys office
if it is a legal document such as a power of attorney , or a Will . I
will also work out side my normal business hours if I travel to you . I
can be available 24 / 7 if needed .
Please Note: If I notarize something I will need positive
Identification for the person signing the document , if the document
requires witness other than just the notary it is your responsibility to
provide the witnesses and they must be present at the time I sign and
stamp the document . IE: Witness
No I can not Notarize any documents out side the state of NH ,as a
Notary Public for the state of New Hampshire any document I notarize
must be done with in the state , I can go anywhere in the state to any
county to notarize a document.
I can notarize any out of state documents, if the document states
(Notary Public or Justice of the Peace) I can put my stamp on it and it
will be legal in any other state unless the instructions on the document
states other wise .
